PORTUGAL IN was established in 2018 by Adv. Moshik Cohen and Ms. Lia Israeli Nachmani.
The company began its activity by initiating real estate transactions and selling apartments to Israeli investors and the local Portuguese audience in downtown Porto. Starting in 2021, the company began expanding its operations to Lisbon as well.

Portugal-In focuses on Porto and Lisbon and finds attractive deals for its clients through its Portuguese office and its industry connections in the local market. For Portugal-In architects, engineers and collaborations with international contracting companies. The company works with first class suppliers in order to give its customers the best service.
After locating an attractive land (mainly in the Bonfim neighborhood in Porto), the legal and planning treatment and examination are transferred to the office in Israel. It is important to note that all the company's suppliers are Portuguese. If you decide to move forward with a transaction, you prepare a business plan and after completing the due diligence, Portugal-In purchases the land and starts marketing the project. The Portugal-In company provides its customers with a full service from the stage of purchasing the apartment, opening a bank account, NIF, taking care of obtaining a mortgage and even furnishing and designing the apartment, until the transfer of the apartment to a local management company for the purpose of renting it.

Ms. Israeli-Nahmani worked as a parliamentary assistant and spokeswoman for the late MK Haim Kaufman as well as Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu at the beginning of his career. Ms. Israeli-Nahmani was the founder of the Midan-Israeli advertising agency, one of the twenty leading advertising agencies in Israel. In this position she managed accounts for clients such as Tel Aviv Municipality, Azrieli Mall, Maccabi Health Services, Bat Sheva Band, the Negev Regional Authority, the Chamber Theater and more. She also served as a director appointed by the public at Amidar, the leading public housing provider in Israel. Lia deals in real estate in Israel and abroad. for the past 15 years. Currently she is concentrating on real estate startups in Portugal and Israel. Lives in Israel and works in Israel and Portugal.
Lia Nahmani - Partner

Mrs. Israeli Nahmani is 55 years old, married and a mother of three. A graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, with a bachelor's degree in political science, a businesswoman for the past 28 years.
